ASIS has built a senior management team that provides our clients, employees and team members with an excellent combination of technical and management skills. Our management team understands that to be a good teacher you first have to be an excellent student. Our senior management consists of:
Aneil Kumar, President & CEO
Mr. Kumar began his career as an environmental engineer for a government contractor. Through his experience with government contractors and private industry, Mr. Kumar has developed a keen understanding of how to run all aspects of business operations. This includes understanding contract requirements and knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. His experience enables him to be actively involved in each aspect of the operation and quickly identify deficiencies or deviations, address them and proceed to have them corrected. He has experience in the development of proposals and pricing, maintaining client relations, development and implementation of operational procedures, administering subcontracts, preparation of taxes, establishing accounting practices, and executing a broad range of projects that have stringent requirements.
Chris Castle, Vice President & COO
Mr. Castle is a results-driven IT leader with versatile, cross-platform experience in systems/network architecture, installation, implementation, integration, security, and administration in local and remote environments for diverse client industries (education, government, law enforcement, insurance, transportation, and small business). Through Mr. Castle's extensive experience in the commercial IT industry he has developed a keen understanding of how to operate a small, efficient and effective IT consulting firm in a highly competitive environment. He has experience managing all aspects of a small IT consulting firm including selecting, managing and training staff; developing and managing the operational budget; establishing and monitoring productivity goals; and leading cross-functional teams on key projects; day-to-day operational management of all company endeavors. Mr. Castle also has the critical role of defining and implementing the company business development plan, including the development of proposals and pricing; scoping, pricing and management of programs and projects; acquisition and review subcontractors; and Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) of all executed work .
Joe Daigneau, Geospatial Services Director
Mr. Joe Daigneau has a BS in Forestry and Wildlife Management and a MS in GIS. He is certified by the GIS Certification Institute. He currently holds the position of Geospatial Director for ASIS where he has been employed since 2006. In this position he is currently managing six major environmental and geospatial contracts for ASIS. His career started with a position as a wildlife biologist, but his focus quickly changed to GIS in 1998. He served as a GIS Technician, Specialist, Manager, and Program Manager for the last 10 years. He has published two papers in the areas of imagery and coastal landform change.
Robert Noyes, Environmental Services Director
Mr. Noyes has over 19 years experience in the environmental field and is currently a Program Manager with ASIS supporting the Army Environmental Command's Installations Restoration Program installation support contract. Mr. Noyes performs a wide variety of tasks that include meeting with the Contracting Officer Representative and executing agency to provide contract status and modifications. Mr. Noyes served 11 years in the Army and has a diverse background that includes working as a regulator for the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, and a Installation Restoration Program Manager for Fort Carson and Luke Air Force Base. While assigned to these positions, Mr. Noyes developed and monitored annual budgets, prepared request for proposals, developed the scope of work for identified projects, and participated in contract negotiations and pre-award conferences not only for the Army's cleanup program but for all applicable environmental programs. Mr. Noyes also provides technical advice and input on all aspects of environmental compliance, planning, and programming.
