ASIS' strength in executing and completing construction projects is built on the corporate experience and knowledge of the Project and Quality Control Managers. ASIS has the capabilities to provide and self perform all phases of construction as a general contractor and a construction manager. Our project managers have over 30 years of experience in management of engineering and construction projects. The Construction Superintendent has an established practice of maintaining open channels of communications between the client and subcontractors to ensure construction project schedules are kept. To assist the Construction Management Team, we utilize Microsoft project management software. It allows us to continuously monitor project progress. All of our Site Managers, QC Coordinator, and Project Managers hold a Certificate of Construction Quality Management from The US Army Corps of Engineer. - Through our subsidiary Southeastern Environmental & Construction (SENCON), with its LEED accredited professionals (LEED-AP) ASIS can provide the value added services of sustainable development and green building design.
